Audivea ("we," "us") makes audio software and educational content. This policy explains what personal data we collect through audivea.com, why, and the choices you have. We've kept it plain — no dark patterns, no data games.

What we collect

• Your name and email address — only when you choose to give them: your email when you join our updates list, and your name, email and message when you use the contact form. Submitted through Formspree, which processes and stores them on our behalf.
• Basic usage data — via Google Analytics 4. This includes pages you view, approximate location (from your IP address, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It is used in aggregate; we do not try to identify you personally from it.

We do not collect payment details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children under 16.

Why we use it

• To reply to your message, or send you what you asked for.
• If you joined our updates list, to tell you about new Audivea products, tools and articles. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it.
• To understand which pages and articles are useful, so we make better ones.

Our lawful basis for email is your consent (you opted in); you can withdraw it any time. Analytics runs on our legitimate interest in understanding site usage.

Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, ever. We share it only with the service providers that make the site run:

• Formspree — receives and stores form submissions (your name, email and message).
• Google Analytics — processes anonymized usage data.
• Google Fonts — serves the site's typeface (Manrope) from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads the font.
• GitHub Pages — hosts the site and, like any web host, receives standard server request logs.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention window.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. If you're in the EU/UK, you have these rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and move the "last updated" date. Material changes that affect you will be flagged clearly.
